One of our best sellers, this is where you can taste the difference in our small, sweet carrots, slow cooked and lightly caramelised carrots, combine with fresh orange juice and fennel seeds to make a sweet and refreshing tasting chutney. Great with a salad or with popadoms and a curry. Crackin' Carrot really comes into its own with a strong vintage cheddar.

Elderberries are one of our most valuable native sources of vitamin C, packed with health giving properties, riboflavin’s and antioxidants, it makes so much sense to incorporate them into our daily diet. When you try this delicious Elderberry and crab apple jam, you won't have a problem finding uses. . try on toast or simply sublime with a ripe brie or camembert. . amazing with Venison.

A delicious traditional country jam, the delicate taste of elderflower perfectly compliments the tang of the gooseberry. Delicious on fresh baked breads and scones.
