This pesto is made with young succulent nettles grown in our own permaculture gardens, simply blanched to remove the sting and then made into this delicious pesto retaining their natural properties.

WILD ROCKET PESTO
Dioscorides said that when rocket is consumed often, raw, and in great quantities, it awakes Aphrodite. The Ancient Romans also considered it a potent aphrodisiac and used it to make 'love potions'!. We can't gurantee anything on that front, but we can promise that this delicious early summer pesto is simply delicious and great for picnics, parties and pasta SEE serving suggestions below.

The sweet pungent aroma of wild garlic in one of our favourite heralds of Spring. Succulent young wild garlic leaves combine with zesty shallotts, in a fruity extra virgin oilve oil with, grano padano, walnuts, salt and pepper. Fresh and garlic-

All pestos need to be refrigerated from purchase and after opening. Our fresh delicious pestos are the perfect idea for a dinner party, picnic, snack or just a night in with good company!
Our pestos are particularly good baked with fresh fish, cod, haddock, hake in particular. Simply smear the pesto over the raw fish, wrap in tin foil and bake in oven @ 180 for 20 mins. Nettle & Hake an absolute winner.
Slice a 100% Irish chicken in the middle, stuff with pesto, maybe some mozerella or cream cheese, wrap in parma ham and bake in the oven.
with good company, a chilled bottle and a baguette, nothing more than maybe a spoon, which we are happy to supply on request !
Try mix with a soft cheese with a warm baguette and a great bottle of wine!
Fire a dollup of pesto into fresh cooked pasta. Warm a dollop of cream cheese with a dollup of pesto and mix into fresh cooked pasta. Add a spoonful to a bolognese. . amazing!
