BLOOMING MARVELLOUS

Our very first Bloom and WOW what an event!  The sun shone and the crowds just kept coming.  The gardens were stunning, the artisan food village sublime foods providing the perfect al fresco, even chilled craft beer and cider on tap!  Now you really can't ask for more, and we didn't  Congratulations to Board Bia, storming event.

GALWAY FOOD FESTIVAL

WOW!  What a truly great time we had at Galway Food festival. The smells, produce, atmosphere was amazing.  Tremendous interest in our wild products, great banter and craic with the customers.  Super friendly and generous traders.    We had a blast!

Our delicious
Nettle Pesto was a huge success, the entire stock SOLD OUT on DAY 1, resulting in an urgent call home "Get yez out pickin' nettles lads." Several lines followed suit and we had to drive to Dublin Day 2 to pick up stock. . . . to sell out again on Day 3.  We LOVE Galway Foodies, and don't ye love the nettle !
